Expected Owner Conduct Owners will be expected to conduct themselves in a manner that will not disparage the league nor its owners in any way, shape or form. While bragging is always a part of many owner's personality and is to be expected, inflammatory or taunting acts will not be tolerated. The Commissioner will have total authority in drawing the line between a brag and a taunt. This will be strictly enforced.
All owners are expected to start the best lineup available to them each week. If it is suspected that an owner has started a lineup with the intention of allowing his opponent to win (tanking) the league will vote on the suspected lineup. If six owners (out of 11 remaining) feel that the owner intentionally lost on the week in question, the offending owner will be put on probation. The outcome of the week in question will stand. If an owner is found guilty of this action a second time, their team will be taken over by the Commissioner. The Commissioner will set the offending team's lineup for the remainder of the season, and any prizes the owner has or will receive will be forfeited and added to the end of the season prizes. Also, after a second offense, that owner will be excused from the league and a new owner will be found the following season. If any owner feels that an offense has occurred, they must report it to the Commissioner, and then a vote will take place. This vote must take place prior to the following week's game.
Game in Question: Week 9 This roster was also illegal since it contained 2 TEs and 0 RBs.

His week 8 lineup was exactly the same as week 9, he may have set the lineup incorrectly week 8 and just not updated it for week 9 with all his Chicago players on a bye. Still, the lineup requirements are spelled out pretty clearly. I've never seen league where you didn't have to start an RB. He should also have checked in this week to change his line-up. I don't think he tanked intentionally, but he didn't meet league requirements on setting a line-up each week.

Believe it or not guys, I am not intentionally losing! To be honest with you, I am getting married and have been extremely busy with getting everything ready! With having so many bears on my team, I put myself in a bind when it was a bye week. I thought I set my lineup, but obliviously I did not. I thought I had Jamal Lewis starting instead of Desmond Clark..Sorry that you guys think I am trying to throw games, but I really am not, just my Bears are stinking it up this year.
